Our Second RAP

We have officially launched our second Reconciliation Action Plan.

Our Board has demonstrated steadfast leadership and communicated commitment to making a difference to the health and wellbeing of Australia’s First Peoples through the organisation’s Vision Statement and our reconciliation program.

The Board encourages and supports staff to continue the reconciliation journey and to work with each other, stakeholders and communities to make a positive difference to the lives and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Our First RAP

EV commenced formal development of an Innovate RAP in August 2016 when 20 EV personnel came together to develop agreed actions and targets.  Contributors to the workshop included Board Directors, Executive, Cultural Advisors and MEs, Supervisors, and Program Staff.

Developing a RAP demonstrates EVs commitment to building respectful relationships and creating opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, ultimately contributing to Reconciliation in Australia

EV was proud to officially launch its RAP on Friday 01 December 2017 at a function in Warragul.
