

EVGPT has received formal notifcation from RACGP confirming accreditation of EVGPT against the RACGP Standards for General Practice Training 3rd Edition. The period of accreditation is from 3 June 2021 to 3 June 2024.

We are thrilled to announce 3 GPs associated with EVGPT received Length of Service Awards. Dr Bruce Johnston Bruce has served the central Gippsland community of Sale as a GP for nearly 30 years, including VMO duties at Central Gippsland Health Service. Much loved by patients and colleagues, Bruce is a Director at Inglis Medical Centre, a long-time training practice for GP Registrars and medical students. Dr Geoffrey Campbell Geoff is a well-known Rural Generalist GP in West Gippsland recently accredited as a GP Supervisor at Bunyip Medical Centre. He has practiced for many years as a GP anaesthetist and has been involved in medical student education. Dr Nola Maxfield Nola is a Rural Generalist GP in Wonthaggi where she has practiced for nearly 40 years providing GP, anaesthetics and obstetric services locally. Wonthaggi have long hosted medical learners including registrars.
