

EV uses Pivotal as the information management system for registrars and training practices. Pivotal is a tool for managing learning plans, RCTIs, registrar portfolios and feedback including ECTVs, TAMs, and two-way registrar and supervisor feedback. EV also use Pivotal to report registrar progress to the Department of Health.
EVe is our online learning website. EVe is here to facilitate your learning and contains a variety of online courses, assessment, video and resources accessible throughout your training.

Get up! Stand up! Step up! NAIDOC week is a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples – their history, culture, and achievements. EV encourages all staff and registrars to get involved and learn about this amazing culture – after all, it is one of the oldest continuing living cultures in the world! Through ongoing participation in EV’s Reconciliation Action Plan, we aim to continue to raise awareness and encourage participation in one of the many local NAIDOC events – many of these events are free so be sure to sign up fast!
EV is committed to the continuous improvement in the training of doctors in the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program. Each year, the Australian Government commissions an external research company to conduct a survey of GP registrars to gauge the level of satisfaction with their training, regional training organisations and career progression. The 2021 AGPT National Registrar Survey (NRS) Final Report is available to download from the Department of Health website and EV’s results can be found here. In 2022, the AGPT NRS will again be administered to all eligible AGPT registrars by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). The survey will be open on June 27 and run for four weeks and each registrar is sent this survey to their personal email. Registrars, EV encourages you to have your say and provide your thoughts by completing the survey. Please monitor your email for an invitation to complete the survey, full detail will be provided including a link to the survey.
