What work will the registrar be doing?

GPs are at the coal-face of detecting and diagnosing skin cancers.  Two out of three patients will have a skin cancer by the age of 70.  With dermoscopy training, GPs should be able to diagnose and treat most skin cancer cases.

This popular six-month extended skills post in Skin Cancer is available at Peninsula Skin Cancer Centre on the Mornington Peninsula.  Only rural pathway registrars are eligible to apply.
